Output Options

Autocad, Microstation, GIS formats
 
A wide variety of output options are available. With the guidance of our experienced staff, we will be able to cater to your needs. Including:

• Converting hard copy drawings to AutoCAD, Mircrostation
• Convert drawings from Imperial to Metric.
• Specify your own drawing standards, or CWb will supply standards.
• Conversions are the same quality as those CAD redrawn from an original.
• Selective linework or items on a drawing.
• Specified symbol library.
• Existing title block or customer title block.
• Specified Font Styles.
• Geo referenced points or grid.
• Ability to ‘stitch’ drawings together.
• Delivery by email, ftp or CD.

Input Options
We can receive input files including:

• Hardcopy – Drawings or Maps from a wide range of media, eg. Paper, Cepia, Tracing, Microfilm etc.
• Image files - Jpg, PDF, Tif, Gif, Bmp, Png, Eps etc.
• Zip files, Digital media CD, DVD

Incoming drawings will be assessed on:

• The quality and condition of the original.
• The amount of information required from the converted file. (Often clients do not require the title block etc.)
• The quality of the line work and whether the text was typed or hand written.
• If the drawing contains dimensions for accurate re-scaling.

Recommendations will be given prior to project commencement, and after client requirements are matched to the drawings. All work will be undertaken with clients approval and will be treated with strict confidentiality.
