On-Site Field Measurement & Space Validation
The field measurement team validates existing drawings for accuracy against actual building dimensions and configuration. Validation is particularly important when the client intends to use the existing drawings for CAFM database development and before leasing or purchasing a building.
Utilising new technologies and processes, CAFM Services can cut on-site field measurement labour costs by 50% and CAD drawing costs of measured sites by 60% over traditional methodologies.
Data Capture services
Our Data capture service, includes provision of asset inventories and matching as constructed CAD drawings of buildings and plant for all types of facilities. We also can provide a detailed site and building inventories for Properties, Assets, Space Information, Services, and Building Conditions. CWb will do a complete field survey/measure and draw from new or amend existing drawings to provide you with accurate documentation.

CWb offers a Survey Drafting service, with a wide range of experience from the single residential Lot to large-scale commercial facilities.
